[Resolved]  Vodafone — Network Issue

hi this is Anand,

I have lodged a complain with Vodafone Customer Care, In month of Feb, 2012 regarding Network Issue. They had given given me confirmation that time that my problem will get resolved in 25 days. Its going to be 4 months now, but as on date, there is no improvement in services, on top of that Vodafone executive says keep on calling all we can do is just register problem and if you want to waste your time just keep calling and also they were rude with their Behavior.

I too not happy with Vodafone service. I had open 4 different case from past 4 weeks but still they did not provided any solution for me :(
So i am try to convert but getting error "Hi! You have entered the wrong keyword. Please enter the desired keyword and SMS to 1900" even after sending the message in the correct format.

My name is Abhishek and I am using Vodafone network, but since I move to my new house at Althan I am facing network problem. And I have complained many times, on 20 may 2013 I spoke to Viram Raval to complain for my network issue and booked my complain as he said. But when I called back today on[protected] regarding action been taken for my complain or not but I was been told that my complain was never been registered. Which is absolutely shocking. Same thing happens to me before two weeks when I complained. It's terrible to speak on 198 and register our complain. It's clearly looks like no one care when u dial on 198 for complain.

I am using Vodafone number 9916742*** and I registered a complaint on 8th July ( Complain No. [protected]) with Vodafone regarding network issue, And your colleagues promised that it will be resolved within a week.

Vodafone is forcing me to change the operator, Its not a good idea to change a operator as I am Vodafone customer since last 5 years.

Their network colleague confirmed that there is no signal of vodafone @ my house.

I tried to contact Vodafone but they say after 4 months they will solve this problem and I know again after 4 months they will have same response.

Please let me know what should i do?

Again I call again Mr. Mayur I told him same but he asked me tell me your number I did, then again he asked me tell me what is your problem? I told please transfer my call to any senior. please.He then transferred after 5 minutes and call dropped what a network Again I called Mr.Izaz he asked me I told please transfer my call to Senior officer.I got transferred to Manisha who is Owner of Vodafone.She is truly very rude and third class in talking very lower level language she is using . She do not know anything .She told me in my complain [protected] they did not mention any number.Wow these means these people openly making fool .
Mr.Shahrukh also made me fool. Manisha she was talking very loudly she did not ready to hear what customer want to tell.At last she told me wait for 24 more hours we will check and let you know after hearing all these for 15 minutes and you will get same answer.I do not think these people never change.What a senior people team have Fraud Company VODAFONE.
I want to know if there is problem in network why Rs 76 deduct in 3 minutes??? My net plan was over by mistake it got on within 3 minutes Rs.76 deducted. I show there was 3G network was on. When I recharge for 2G I can not open Google page or whats app but in 3G its going full speed.Do not you think you are making people fool in India??? In 3G you can provide good service while in 2G you can not??????? Another thing that on my [protected] they deduct Rs. 76 for internet my balance was Rs0.002 after call in customer care 2-3 times my balance was Rs.-0.98. I do not understand logic behind this .
1. you put customer call on hold for 5-10-25 minutes and you also charged for per minutes of waiting time??? Are you people in phone service or in "AUTO RIKSO" Sector ask your self cheaters.
2. If your people do not have manners, do not know how to talk, then please shut your company.
3.One customer called 10 times in customer care but no reply from other side wow great Cheater Company of India.
I requested to Maharashtra Consumer Court please look into this topic punish these all people. I requested you to hear all my calls then you came to know how they behave on call with customer.my number from which I did call. [protected].
If these problem did not solve will sue you in court. I am also planning to change in other network but first fight with you in court.

As per our last conversation I an sending you reminder . I got call on Wednesday that one technical person will visit my home but no one came till today. No seniore person or any other executive called me regarding my issue. I think more than 10 business days gone no one had replied me . Its my request to you to take some action otherwise I have to put some pressure through my media source as I am in media (Prime focus). Hello, I got call from Fraud Company regarding my complain of yesterday from these number : [protected] . She did not know anything about my problem and she was started asking me tell me all your number and tell me your problem and all. I do not understand that VODAFONE Senior people are on leave or they are busy in doing their household work??? They do no care about customer who called more than 10 times in customer care. Another thing Manisha Senior of Vodafone she what wrote I do not know as I got call in the afternoon on moday she told me she did not know what Manisha wrote. Wow nice communication in VODAFONE. I am giving warring only call me after check all my information and track my all calls and hear what VODAFONE Fraud company's executive using language with customer. It seems that the complaint is pending since very long time. CGSI has also tried to intervene but we regret to note that the company has not given satisfactory resolution.

Wow Vodafone is not ready to hear anything from Consumer Court Of India. Wow Is this an Indian Company ?
I am being using Vodafone for long time. But since the time I have shifted to Shapooji new town I have been in terrified with their service.I have complained thousand time that their network coverage is not good and requesting if they could arrange something but as these companies only to rip ur money are least interested to make it better
