Remote missing, no response
I have bought Whirlpool 1.5T Aviator AC, which was installed on 19th April 12, during that time it was noticed by the service engineer AC remote was missing, and he assured to provide remote on the same day, even after several follow up and register customer complain remote received on 27th April 12 and again its old remote which was used elsewhere.
There is poor response by the service engineers and customer care, I have called up customer care to raise a complain to replace with new remote, and requested for complaint closure report of earlier one (Customer complain no: 48561), surprisingly the executive confirming the complain was closed on 19th itself...
No proper system, the complaints are to improve their service, where as the basic purpose is spoiled...
Need new remote to be replaced.
