I received following product from naaptol.com Order id: 229463 Product name: blackcherry bl7000 Now the situation is that product received is having lots of issues like 1. Not having usb port 2. Fm not working 3. I purchage a mobile phone from naaptol internet service my order no.is 401116. phone charger is defective charger is not proper way and FM radio is not work without ear phone. I ordered for Product Easy Home - Mini Silai Machine + Desire Slicer & Dicer Combo and Order Amount Rs. 2298.00, but I received defective product, my order no is 1598261, Mobil no is [protected] Don’t go to naaptol, otherwise you face troubles. Not giving proper response. Please look into this matter sir, Because of this I suffered a Lott. I complained a lot of times to the Naaptol customer care. We would instruction you to visit your R K Puram Blue Dart office and send the whole product. I received your Phone call at 1.45pm Mobi No [protected] then i went to the R K Puram BLUE DART COURIER but they are not taking your product {Mini Silai Machine Combo}. The Blue Dart Courier people say that they don’t reciveing your company instructions letter and Mail Message them. I had purchased one car kit product from your end, products are good no dought but one of my product's container ( plastic box ) has been damaged so I asked for its replacement to the customer care center they gave me two options i.e send the product back to them and the company will give the refund back. Now this complaint is been launched before 24 hrs of receipt of my ordered product, and customer care people are saying that if I would have called them after 24 hrs then only I would have got my replacement of product. Now from my side I would say that is it the policy of the company ? That they would have replaced the product only if I had called them after 24 hrs of receipt of my product, this policy is not proper, company should give me proper replacement of the product or else I will have to take some other action's on company.
