Sir,on 19.10.2011 I have received SMS from my ICICI Bank regarding that transaction of rs.6067 has been made at YATRA ELITE PROGRAMME.I Surprisingly shocked that without my consent or knowing to me these types of fraud being done by this company. Sir, Till today i.i on 21.11.2011( Now One month is completing) your good office had not been taken refund action of the above amount.I, therefore, once again request you that please look in to the matter seriously and act accordingly.Otherwise I will have to think over on the other angle to this complaint.
I am under psychological pressure and getting metal tension for which you will be liable for any consequences happened in future pl note.
