[Resolved] Yatra.com — No refund of failed transaction | |
Dear Sir/Madam, This company should be taken to court and should be booked a royal penalty. Hopefully, if some one having adequate powers seeing this complaint must act with this fraud company. I had tried to book ticket for Delhi- Pune on 3rd Mar 2009 but the website could not provide me a ticket, ended with a failed transaction ( that's what yatra claims to be) but my amount got deducted for Rs 4786/-. This amount has not been refunded as of date. They claimed they would settle within 15 days... But god know when that 15 days would be. A mail to Sr Manager Mr Abhay Nath at abhay.[protected]@yatra.com has not ended in any kind of response. Was this information helpful? | |
