i have booked my journey on 1st week of february of flight from delhi to bengluru for 22nd of february and returned on 24 february 2012 through YATRA.COM.but some unavoidable reason i cancelled my programme and informed to yatra.com agent on 16 february to cancel the ticket and also my hotel booking as well.they told me that they will cut cancellation charges and refund the balance amount with in 7-10 working days .but till now there is no thing happend ,and they are not giving my refundable amount.my reference no. is YT8851129 in the name of inderpal singh and baani juneja.please help me to contact to YATRA.COM and refund my money.

Booked a ticket through Yatra. Reference no. 9240759. chasing after a confirmation for the refund. Been over a month. no luck.

I had booked a ticket from their online website but then after punching in all the details it showed me a error so I called up the on customer service no. To ask if any amount was debited so he told me its not debited I recalled to be sure I was told its not debited nd I told them I am booking from some other website so the agent told me yes go ahead as soon I confirmed my booing from some other website I got after 2 mins yatra confirmation. Kindly help me to get full refund from yatra please help me thank you
Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.

On Sunday i.e[protected] i booked my air ticket online through yatra.com.The total fare was 7043 Rs/- I did my transaction by using Axis bank Credit card.But as i came to transaction page, first time when i tried to deduct the amount(7043 Rs/) at the same time it was showing message "sorry your payment is not successfull, again second time when i tried to deduct the same amount once again it was showing message"sorry your payment is not successfull, and third time also it was showing same message.But i have not received my air tickets while this 3 transaction, but my amount i.e 7043 Rs/- has been deducted three times.

After all the 3 unsuccessfull transaction again i tried to book air ticket(i.e Fourth time). On fourth time i booked my air ticket successfully through State bank Internet banking and finally the amount was deducted and i had received the air ticket.

I want my refund against previously done 3 transactions which was unsuccessfull through axis bank credit card. I have provided all the 3 reference id and bank statement, entire details..etc but still they are not doing refund quickly almost one month has passed away. they are telling that our customer care executive will call u but i have not received any call.

Total amount they have to refund is-7043x3=21, 129 Rs/-. Please help me

I booked a kingfisher flight from guwahati to pune through yatra.Com on the 9th of Aug 2012.

The date of journey was 02/11/2012. Yatra DID not bother me informing that the trip has been cancelled, it was I who called them 2 days before the journey. Now I spoke to them about the refund, one of the representatives told me that it would take 7 working days, and another person told me that before 15th nov they cannot provide me with any status.

I called yatra again on the 15th of nov,and asked for the refund's status. Now they are saying that it will take one more month, and I should call again on the 15th of december. Considering that there are 12 months in a year, they will ask me to call every month and ask about the refund.

I contacted Kingfisher Airlines in this regard, but they are bigger players. They told that the PNR number that I gave has another customer's name linked to it. So I am not going to contact them anymore. It's Yatra who should be getting the job done.

One thing's for sure, I am never going to book any flight from yatra ever again. If they are providing tickets and taking the money immediately, then they are equally responsible for getting the consumers their rightful refund.

All I want is the refund of 4,950/- And that's it.

As I'd to fly with my family for Goa on 4th Jan 2015. So, I'd booked ticket on 28 Nov. 2014 23:16Hrs, and paid the amount of 8, 775/- for the ticket. The departure timing of the flight was 3:00 P.M. and from Nashik I've to headed for the airport before this timeline. As an infant also with us and due to the foggy climate, I was not able to reach on time with my family. That is why, I was tracking the timing of the flight frequently. Even I'd called your customer support also for the flight timing, They'd said that:- "The flight is on time." So, I'd cancelled my family i.e. MRS VANDANA PANKAJ BOTHRE, MRS BINA DEEPAK CHHETRI and Infant Master SHAURYA BOTHRE tickets and you'd refunded 1, 102/- into my Yatra account as eCash. But it was really very pathetic when I got to know that the Flight is delayed and it was really very delayed. The timing of Flight was 15:00 P.M (3:00 P.M)and it took off (flew away) at 20:30 P.M (8:30 P.M). I was very disappointed because I didn't received any updates (sms or mail) regarding the delayed of flight, Neither from you nor from Jet airlines, even when I called you to know about the exact timing of flight, you'd given me the wrong information by saying that "The Flight is on time". The prior information/update (sms or mail) about delayed of flight could save my loss and I could traveled along with my family. So, I need full compensation of my loss.
Not getting a refund from Yatra and spicejet.
No help from Yatra as whenever we calling yatra.. getting a response that they wil have to connect to Airline and will get back to us in 10 days however no one connecting to us back.
While booking when we are booking tickets with you and paying fee to you then why we have to connect with spicejet for refund. I want a full refund including yatra fee as flight was cancelled and we had to come back from airport and wasted entire day. It was already huge loss to us by not reaching there.
No one is even responding on yatra's email support.

Dear Yatra support team,
I had carried out booking of my flight ticket from Delhi to Kolkata for 30th Ausgust 2015 via spicejet SG 251. My money got debited. But, my ticket didn't get booked. I enquired from my bank and they said money has been credited to Yatra.com. I would like to know if any booking is possible with the debited amount. If not, kindly refund the money. The transaction details are provided in the file attached.
