[Resolved] Yatra Online Services — Without Ticket rescheduling money debited from the account- Yatra reference no. [protected] | |||
my ticket Yatra Reference Number : [protected] I wanted Yatra to reschedule my ticket. But due to some technical problem in their office. They said we will call you letter after resolve this problem. But after 5 min. I got to know from my HDFC bank msg. that 2801/- has been debited from my account I checked my account statement it was shown that 2801/- has been credit to Yatraonline company though my ticket was not reschedule I called Yatra helpline team they agreed and said yes we received 2801/- amount from your account. Within 7 days you will get back money in your account. All most 2 months has passed I got fed up. I keep calling them daily bases and mail them every fort nightly .
