No refund of cancelled flight ticket even after3 months

I had booked an e- ticket through yatra .com for Goair for 22/11/2011. My flight reference no08121125145.
Pnr 88X55A. Name Swathi Suresh.from Bangalur to Cochin .the airline informed us that the flight timings would be postponed by several hours hence I cancelled the same and altered the travel plans.I booked by credit card but have not yet got a refund even after 3 months. Please look into the matter as I do not feel like using Yatra .com as cancellation proceedings and refund should be as prompt as booking procedures in an efficient system.
