Dear Sirs/Madam,

Sub: Complaint for misusing my Holidays by your Country Club India.

2. 6 Nights 7 Days 05/04/2017 05/04/2018 USED

Upon scrutiny of my membership account in column ‘facility details’, I have observed that the aforesaid nights are shown as used by me.

In this connection, I have to state that I have only used 2 nights 3 days in the year 2017 while going to Singapore using complimentary voucher and the question o[censored]sing 6 nights 7 days from 05/04/2017 to 05/04/2018 does not arise at all.

Hence, I put your department concerned to the strict proof thereof to submit documentary evidence showing and endorsing the trip voucher for the subject period. This is nothing but a malpractice by your department concerned.

Under the circumstances, I call upon you and your department concerned to submit proof regarding my travel during the subject period which is shown as ‘USED’ and resolve the matter. In the event of failure, do not constrain me to take precipitate action in this regard.
