Country club offer me to sell a plot in pilani with the option to get money back (Aed 15, 552). I opted not to buy and request them to give me money back. Country club issue me post dated five (5) cheques. When presented first two cheques, these cheques bounced of inr 50, 000 each. When i have complained to police country club transfer in my dubai account aed 5, 000. Country club further request me to hold remaining another three (3) cheques. While chasing country club for funds transfer two cheques of inr 50, 000 each becomes time barred and third cheque which was presented for realization, bounced back (Then third cheque of inr 79, 936 bounced again (Cheque no.[protected]

On further negotiation and discussion, country club confirm me to transfer aed 5, 000 in the month of august and remaining amount in the month of september 2019. Am chasing for these amount from long time.

Country club confirm me transfer of aed 5, 000 on 25th july 2019 at 12:19pm hours (I shall forward you email received from country club upon request).

Since no one responding in country club, i would like to register my complain to get my money back in my uae account or indian account. Since am working in dubai and all these transactions takes place in dubai with indian entity. Cheques copy attached.

I have asked couple of time contact details of promoters in india but they don't share with me. All the activities are done in dubai on behalf of country club india. Therefore, they given the cheques of indian bank.
