Online Shop: Non delivery of goods

This is regarding the shipment for the order[protected] to an Indian company named 'Craftsvilla' situated and registered office at Mumbai, India. We have had issues from the onset when the order was placed with the delay in the processing of the order. Now due to a serious lapse of responsibility from the people handling the courier ( DTDC and FedEx) we have now lost the package. According to DTDC and FedEx a signature was not required...
