I purchased above tablet about a year back. Gradually it started loosing its battery and later i found that in 20 mins the total battery drained. I have already lodged complaint at their website but no action is visible so far. I am constantly trying to contact at[protected]. However no one even picks the call. I have tried calling number of times to this number.
I purchased above tablet with lot of enthusiasm for my browsing needs....

Sir I have bought a 7SC tablet on 4/4/2017 vide Purchases order No.CC5IPLOR-1& AWB No.[protected] and with that I haven't received scratch voucher and key board for that I have already call them and customer service more than 30 times bit every time it's different commitment from different people this is a rubbish service this company should be banned and should not give wrong advert on TV, it should be stop and also waiting for my scratch...

I am ordered datawind ubislate3g7x mobile in january2017. till i don't edit even sim into it but it's battery is not working and expelled out.i was calling much more times to customer care for one week but they don't respond.the incident takes place on 15th march 2017.i am so worried about it . i want you to recover my problem .i request you to replace it or to repaire it....

I have recieved a product yesterday with keyboard, ordered earlier with free 1 year reliance gsm data service. But after opening packets i found a keyboard which is not connecting at all with the tablet. When i connect the connector with the tablet, it engaged but no electricity flow available in the key board. So keyboard is not working at all.
Please replace the product with an ok product or return the product with refund.

According to datawind advertisement i suppose to get number of offer worth rs-5000 but at the of delivery didn't get any scratch card also when try to contact on given number +[protected] stating that check your number it is incorrect.
Such type of act is fraud.
Hence requesting to take necessary action.

My datawind tablet battery is not working table

Hello! I was charging my tablet overnight because it was dead and when i woke up in the morning i took it off the charger because it was up to 80%. I was using it until it just blacked out and i couldn't get it to turn on. I tried everything! Please help! If my mum knows, she will get mad!

As i've purchased a datawind tab model no: DW-UBT7W . And i'm not comfort with this product, bcoz battery power is not good, from the date of purchase. and there is not sim card facility in this can i replace this piece and take another piece which is having sim card. if it is possible please inform me at mail id varasala.[protected]@yahoo.com. so, kindly take a complaint and replace the product immediately....
