I had ordered medicines from Dhani Pharmacy on 30th November, with promise of medicines being delivered by 2nd December.
But the medicines were not delivered so i contacted them via their customer care number which kept giving the false promise of delivering the medicines in coming 24 hours but till today ie 8th December medicines are not delivered.
Moreover when i insisted on speaking with their seniors as the customer care were not resolving the problem Ms. Rupar got in touch with me and promised to look into the matter and deliver the medicines by coming 24 hours.
But as usual no information regarding order was shared.
there customer care just gives false promise of call back every time but no one reaches the customer.
it is a nightmare experience in dealing with this people.
I request you to cancel the license of these companies who rather than providing service are only harrasing innocent customers.
