My Self arbind kumar, I'm a kidney transplant patient, got transplant in AIIMS in 2009. For myself, I've ordered Sandimmun Neoral 50mg Capsule on 11-Aug-2021, Order No:EP3ovEj9 through DHANI Pharmacy app but medicine partially delivered on 16-Aug-2021.
Partially in sense, I’ve ordered 3 Boxes (1 Box = 10 Strips) which should be contained 30 Strips but I’ve received only 3 Stripes.
Hence I’ve raised a complaint on same day on Dhani pharmacy app and Support agent provided me a ticket no. TKT-210816YBVD. After few days support agent confirmed your ticket has been closed with commented “Refund has been initiated” but not provided me any transaction details. I’ve follow up them on that time to till date (11-oct-2021), no refund credited in my account as well as no response received from Dhani mail support or chat support. Please help me to get refund my money. I’m suffering from financial problem. Please help me. I’m attaching some documents.
