I was ordering medicine on 9th november 2021 from dhani pharmacy i paid rs2291 for my order from paytm. Money has been debited from my account but the order has not been placed even not show any details related to that payment on dhani pharmacy profile. I intently talk to customer care on the next day then they told me i will get a refund within 4 to 7 days but it has been 9 days but still i didn't gotten a refund yet. Even i shared a screenshot of that payment that i made through paytm even i got a mail from dhani for the payment i made. On chat support many times they only say please wait and have patient. So please help me to get my refund.
