I am realy surprised the way order is handle I got very bad experience which I like to share it is a first order which I place to dhani pharm
1)Delivery commitment order no as mention EP1343796 order place on 28th Oct and delivered on 1st in such a competitive business you are taking 4-5 day which is too bad ...this need to improve your back end team take soo much time to convert the order to warehouse which is really surprising even if the medicine is in stock and also I am not staying in the remote area..still 4 day to delivered which is too bad.
2)Another feedback which is very important r I hv ordered medicine waited for 5 day considering all my medicine will come but of 4 different type with total value 780 but suddenly I see 1 medicine is remove and person coming to my doorstep asking for Rs 540 after checking the bill inside box I found 1 medicine is not recd. This is complete mess ...dhani Pharma waiting for long and delivering with reduce qty and again I need to go other medical for other medicine ...no communication at all...such a poor service...plz don't run business in such a way...
