We brought unlimited I have bought this Dhanvi internet data plan of Rs. 11000 according to which I was promised to get Mbps speed and a good customer service but what seems like they were just fake promises. I am facing a problem regarding the speed which too slow and the company doesn't have any engineers present who could help me out. Its 2 week only since we brought the service and from past 4 days the internet has stopped working. And the customer care service is too poor. OUR COMPLAINT ID IS .TKT7184 We have suffered a huge loss of both money and time and We hereby request Grahak Suraksha to help us out and make such companies pay for their fake promises.

Hello i took dhanvi internet for 12 months 1 mbps plan .its very bad internet service and speed is very low every time . so guys plz dont take in future this internet .
its fake promises company.

I have a connection of Dhanvi Net at Anand. Not working well. complained weekly about services regularly. Ahmedabad service center instructs to do changes technically. I have changed cable. Very tedious job. The local service is very poor. Net is useless, unreliable. I never never suggest anyone for this poor net, in this world of competition.
