Will not fix

I have been having technical issues with my dish for the last month and a half, since End of November, 2007. The problem is I cannot get all channels on my TV, it gives an error saying "Signal not found" when trying to view some channels. I have been calling Dish TV customer care for over a month now and they still have not fixed my problem. We have spoken to a couple of manangers also but nothing happened. Finally, a technician...

WELCOME PACKAGE ACTIVATED IN PLACE OF MAXI PACKAGE

Dear sir,
With ref. to subject matter & complaint no. 10679930 booked on 3/1/08, till now no action done from dish tv.
The agent taken money for maxi package & activated the welcome plan before one month.
The reason for late complaint is we are thinking that it is a tech. problem thats why some channels are not come but when confirming from your customer care it is clear that money deposited by agent for welcome...

False promise & pathetic call centre

Me too suffered the same from the customer care people. I have some allignment problem with my dish TV..I have contacted and discussed the same problem on December 13 th with complain no 10321275. till date no action. I hope they are only interested to make new customer ( average 5000 customer every day). I am 100% sure by this attitude they will come down to 500 customer with in 3 months,

Cheating through online Annual subscription fee

We have bought the DishTV service in May 2006 in Hyderabad. We tried to renew on June 2007. To pay the annual subscription fee we created an account in www.dishtv.com (We couldn't access that account anymore). We paid two times Rs.3144 and one time Rs.3200. All the three times we received 'Payment failure' message. When we got the credit card bill details it has been deducted thrice Rs.3144 Rs.3144 and Rs.3200 respectively....

No Response of complaint to dish tv

I have launch my complain for non functioning of dishtv even having paid advance payment.. The complain numaber registerd on 9th December 2007.Also send complain reading as under addressed to [protected]@dishtv.in

Pathetic Customer Care Cell

Dear Sirs,

My experience with customer care cell of Dish TV India has been pathetic.

I've been away from my home for past 3 weeks. Duing this period the services of Dish TV were not used. When I came back yesterday, I was not able to view even a single channel.

I tried reaching the local franchisee of Dish TV here in pune. I was told that the person would reach my house yesterday evening...

Persistent problem with Dish TV India

i am suffer this problems .dishtv is a technocal abouse in their customer.dishtv STB before softwear is very good but,after softwer innstolation STB is totaly dishtv proparty.becouse i can not understand why set the INSAT 4B 93.5 dreegee ....

Poor customer care

I've sent many mail and spoke with the customer care, however there is no response from them. They opened many tickets and no follow-up. The agents always give false promises regarding up coming channels. The signal is pathetic. If there is wind, I don't get any channel.

You can see the following mails which I communicated to the customer care. I want to know whether there is any control mechanism to check this kind...

For dishtv dish face will always be on East facing and on 95 degree east ie NSS6 on 95 degree east....

Pathetic service!

PATHETIC SERVICE , my connections is also not working from past three days.
Even I spoke to area manager but still no response.
DEALER TOOK ENTIRE MONEY FROM ME AND PAID THE ACTIVATION FEE AFTER 5 DAYS.
HE DOES NOT EVEN PICK MY CALLS .
NO RESPONSE FROM CALL CENTER NO. EVEN AFTER 15 MINUTES.
WORST THEN GOVT. TELECOM COMPANIES.
LOCAL CABLE PLAYERS ARE BETTER.
WE NEED SERVICE NOT SHAHRUKH KHAN...

Deficiency in Service!

Hi ,

I am a poor, suffered customer of dishtv. They are like anything...They inactivated my connection in spite of paying the amount at time.. IF you are going to pay this co online .. forget about it.. it will take ur details and will give SQL serrver error to show u that the amount has been deducted.. u'll try again.. after 3 days u'll find that the amount is deducted twice frm ur CC.. WOW!!!

Dear Sir,
I (Melvin Aloysius, Cellphone: [protected]) am subscriber of DishTV (VC number [protected]). I had renewed my DishTV Subscription for further one year and paid Rs.3600/- on December 2006 and some discount was given by DishTV on December 2006 which was not known to me, so the discounted amount was credited (Rs.830/-) to my Account with Dish TV. The next renewal date should be December 2007 but suddenly I started getting message...

Non Availabilit of the Channels which are in the Package

I have renewed my account for one year on 22nd September, 2007 but some channels which are in the Package are not displaying in my TV. I have made so many complaints over phone at Dish TV Nodia Office & Customer Care but no results. Even National Doordarshan Channels which are absolutely free are also not displaying....

Very poor service

Me & my wife we both are lawyers. This complaint is intended to generate awareness amongst people.

We have one connection in the name of my wife from dish tv under vc no. 0150451xxxx at our home in vizag.

From the second week of installation we are having regular troubles with the services of this company.

regarding my reversal of double payment

i am customer of dish tv and i am basically a doctor in hyderabad i had renewaled for one year on 7/09/07 by my credit card after that there was a transaction on 8/9/07 of rs3240 with ref no15461945 but my services are not activated then i have called customer care then they said there was no transaction by my credit card and told me to pay by itz card of rs 3240 to get channels then after confirming with ur customer...
