Today i placed an online order from domino's pizza website and when i reached the store for pickup, i was handed over with the pizza boxes without any carry bag and when i asked for one they said you have to purchase the bag and as i cannot carry the pizza boxes to my home in hand i was forced to buy the carry bag which is not in the favour of customer as they should provide something to carry our order home.

For the last 2 years, dominoz pizza has not been delivered pizza to Dombivli West from Dombivli East.Since we do not have dominoz pizza in Dombivli West, we have to go to Dombivli East for pizza.Therefore, it is requested that the dominoz pizza shop of Dombivli East should make the delivery to Dombivli West.

I ordered pizzas worth of 1138 on 13th sept 2021 and paid via paytm . Initially the payment declined and after i did it for second time ...it got deducted twice so i want my payment to be returned...

I have ordered pizza from Dominos on 23rd of July and made payment through Payumoney payment gateway with reference no [protected] which was presented by the website but when my order received it was mentioned as Cash on Delivery.

After talking to customer care I had been informed that I will get a refund and according to them the refund is been processed on 29th July but I haven't received it yet.

Fungus contaminated mouse cakes... if we get sick or something who will be responsible. they told they will replace them... but what is the use if we have already had it .. who is responsible if we get sick! very very disappointing service from such a brand... pathetic...

On 14 sep 2021 at 1:23 at I ordered at domino’s preet vihar for a stuff garlic bread (order no 173) I was waiting for my order after 45 mins when I haven’t received my order which was pre paid . Then I ordered at 2:11 am (order no 180) stuff garlic bread and cheesy dip . Then at 2:30 am Domino’s delivery boy delivered me order no 173 and as per domino’s 45 min policy i told him for free pizza then he took his manager on conference...

Today I went to your store at 14th Avenue Gaur City 2(Ground Floor Shop No 10 11 Gaur 14th Avenue High Street Facility Block Gaur City 2 Plot No GH 03 Sector 16C Greater Noida U P 201009) for ordering a pizza, however the experience was really pathetic.
1. The person at desk (Dheeraj P) was not polite. He was ill behaved.
2. He lacks courtesy talking to customer.
3. The card machine was not working, and...

I placed an order via Domino's App online but the order didn't get placed and the amount got debited from my icici bank account.

When I visited the dominos shop they said the amount will get refunded back in 7 and maximum 15 days.

May I know why payment is not yet credited back to my bank account as amount (RS 851) even after a month.

Can you please check urgently and let me know accordingly....

27 th August I had placed an order but it was unable to process, order value was rs 342/- I had paid through Google pay it was supposed to be refunded in 3-4 business days but still I have not received the amount...
