I have Order Domnio's Pizza On Domino's App, i have made the payment via Amazon Pay Using My Kotak Debit Card after successful of my payment money got deducted and then order was not placed It shows error,
I am also attaching the screenshot also of my payment to Domino's

AS I WANT MY REFUND WHICH GOT DEDUCTED...

I made a payment via Amazon using domino's app, amount was deducted but order was not placed . Date : 06/08/2021...

The Dominos pizza manager of JP Nagar 7th phase, Bangalore branch behaved very rude and started to threaten me....

I ordered a pizzas online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs287), i paid via amazon pay &(Upi) money got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, i got redirected to making the payment page again!! The amount got deducted from my bank account and the order didn't...

I am really shocked to inform the tasteless poor quality of pizza was delivered at my residence....

Today I book a pizza my order number is 161.
Delavery boy call me sir I am here but I don't track him after some time he said your mobile phone is off I am trying to call you.
I am sorry to say very bad behavior done by him he cutting my call and don't pick my call.
If company don't diliver pizza with in 30minute why they are cancilled my order...

I've ordered a double cheese margherita on 20/07/2021 from Unity One Mall, Janakpuri, Delhi through Zomato of 400 INR. I've received pizza within 16 minutes, i dont know how it is possible to bake & deliver in 16 mins (obviously it was not fresh, coz my home is 15 mins away from that mall). I placed an order with dominoes on 17th july 2021, my order was promised to reache to me withing 30 mins according to their own policy but I received it after one hour(1hour). The delivery boy was was rude and didn't respond to my concerns. I had placed an order of 1 pizza, 1 coke, 1 brownie cake was a total amount of Rs. 660/- on dated 1st August 2021. Money was deducted from my bank account but the order wasn't placed it still showing in its cart. Later on, money wasn't received from Dominos's end.

This store is not cleaned too much dust found on table and floor. Mosquitos is found in table and kitchen also. staff is not doing their job properly talking in attitude....
