I was to receive a parcel with tracking numberD46610331. The delivery was pending for weeks, then I saw one day the status as delivered suddenly. But I got no product. It was 3 parcels together. Since it was a paid and high value parcel, I had tried contacting customer care more than 10 times, but they gave false assurance and just closed the ticket in an hour, saying the product is delivered. How can you cheat the customers in such a way??br...

We at Kripa Enteprises Ludhiana Sherpur Road are not getting our courier and the courier is returned to sender with the reason that our Gate is locked whereas our office is opened all the time from 9 am to 6.30 pm daily on working days.
Many a times our important documents like cheuues etc are returned back and we incur losses due to late receipt of cheques

I have book a Parcel for Faridabad through DTDC courier which Docket no. is T13443903. My booking date was 13th July/2022. I make many calls to deliver my parcel to Faridabad DTDC Team but they have not respond it. Now it's August month start but they are not giving me any information about my Parcel. My DTDC package with tracking number D15365617 is showing (ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR)). No one from DTDC has contacted me in this regard. All other courier services/ food delivery services are delivering to my address without any issue. I need that package really urgently. This is totally unacceptable....
