Eazy2Pay Payment — Premium amount deducted from my bank account but not payment did not happened to LIC

Hi,

My name is Surya Krian Motamarri. Today (24 Aug 2015) I have paid my Son LIC premium of Rs. 36, 857.00 (Policy number[protected] using CITI Bank credit card online through IDBI Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway (Transaction Identification Number:[protected].

I have received the mail communication from [protected]@pg.eazy2pay.com for the successful payment but the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment.

Also when i checked for the Premium paid online certificate in LIC it showing that 'No premium is paid by you between the period 01/04/2015 And 31/03/2016'
