I have purchased a product of eureka forbes water purifier on 15/8/18 model megna (nxt) ro+uv; the first hurdle I got when the machine number in box and on the machine are different. The machine gave us so many problems in fifteen days such as leakage, automatically shut down etc. Nearly 6 to 7 time the technician are visited to repair it but finally it is off now. My aquaguard is not working. On my complaint regarding the same a person named gokul kumar came to repair the aquaguard. He said that some part of the filter needs to be replaced. Mr. Kumar has since then visited my house around 4 times but he could not bring my aquaguard back to working condition. I have signed 2 years amc with the said co. From 18.07.2018. Now the water is not comming from the purifier. I have registered a complaint through the toll free no [protected]. They said they will send a person shortly. Gave a contact no of one person. That person is not picking the phone. Past four days no drinking water and purchased cane water. When eureka forbes service engineer came to do amc 10 days before, he told me that the candle has to be replaced. When i asked him to do it, as part of amc, the engineer shyam bamu told me that he will do only if amc is renewed. Since amc was in place and he can't put a condition like this, i have countered him post which he has agreed to come and change the candle in next 2 days.

I have purchase dr. Aquagurd magna ro+uv water purifier with iron gurd in 2016. After 1 year later i am renew 1year amc for the same, my last amc start date from 27.03.2018 to 26.03.2019. Before few days ago the machine need 15-20 min to full filled 7ltr storage tank, whereas it is now take above 1hrs to fill the tank.

I purchased Aqua Purifier Genius just one year two months back. Company givenone year waranty. During last free service, the company service engineer asked us to AMC. He insisted a lot. I got a new Acquaguard Reviva RO after they bought back my old Eureka Forbes Innovaon 04-Jun-2016 in Bangalore after being in Delhi for over 10 years. After one year, on 01-May 2017 I got it reinstalled, when I shifted from my rented house to my own house in Sarjapur Road. Please refer to my numerous complaints to your Helpline on this subject & written complaint on this site on 09/08/18. Despite your repeated assurances that the complaint will be settled expeditiously, there is no progress in the matter. The Hose pipe, which became unusable in July remains with me.
I had always thought Eureka Forbes to be among those companies where resolution of Service disputes is a top priority. I am deeply disappointed....
