My kitchen chimney is not working since 4 months which is under warranty. this is causing so much trouble to me physically as well as mentally.

I wont give a single rating to this FABER company and I really regret that I rely on this company and bought the chimney.

I request to please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i can go to consumer court for other necessary action....

I called complaint center and two boys came to resolve the issue. one boy named mohit his mobile number [protected] cleaned the gas chullah and charged 850 es. burner problem was not solved and he said there is problme in spark plug and he will precure the sme and will change it next day. it has been 15 days and he is everyday saying will doing it tomorrow.
from last 4 days he is not picking up my calls.
its a case of clear cheating....

Last month[protected] a faber technician from faber service centre situated in kaloor, kerala came to my house as per my request regarding repairing of a chimney .
The chimney was repaired and cleaned, and told it was just a loose connection and its been fixed.but after only 2 days[protected] the chimney stopped working(previous problem).since I have got a 1 month service warranty, i have been trying to contact the same...

Service of the chimney was done on July 3, 2021. Since then there is a lot of viberation in chimney and the exhaust pipe.

Request you to get this resolved asap....

Installation for new dishwasher has not been done...

I purchased "Faber FFSD 6PR 12S NeoWhite Free Standing 12 Place Settings Dishwasher" on[protected] and now I'm facing an issue with the PCB/Touch panel in 3 months of purchasing it.
I don't expect this kind of product from an organization of your level and that too when there is mild usage of the dishwasher.

I've trying to follow up for more than 2 months and nobody has tried to reach out to us.

Bought product on Jan 2021. Installation happened in March-2021. Initially ignition issue is there in one of the burner it got serviced from faber. But later on one the burner i m not able to use it because ignition nob while releasing after turn on flame is getting turned off automatically. fed up with customer care lodged complaint on April 25-2021 till now it was not serviced. Keep calling for couple of days. But no use in calling....

I have bought Faber kitchen hob, and within one month i am having a problem that auto ignition is not working.

Upon making a call to the customer support, i an being told that i have to pay service charge even if the product is under warranty, which is absolutely bizarre.

What kind of warranty are you offering, if the product is not working as expected within first month of purchase, and why i have to bear that...

Spark plug of 2 burners are not woking for by built in gas hob, model number H[protected] purchased on[protected]. I have called local service number of guwahati however no help. I need this to be addressed immediately....

I have purchased RO and Chimney, RO defective and chimney, not happy with the quality, I have raised the request for refund but they are cancelled the request within just 3 days of purchase...

We had installed seven months back - a three burner stove for our main kitchen and a four-burner stove for the pantry room. Since I am a doctor and my servants are using the main kitchen, there is some spillage while cooking rice. Bought Faber gas stove chimney n dishwasher all together. Company’s these products available in india have very low quality which never work in order n company’s services have too high charges . It’s like chiting customers: my gas stove repaired many times n dishwasher is down company asking 20000 to repair. It’s rotten system to make money...

Chimney lights not working...

I bought a new faber chimney, its not sucking any fumes i have been complaining from 3 months you keep sending technicians they all agree there is problem, still no solution, i want this chimney returned worst customer service, i am literally actively complaining from 3months i want this resolved ASAP

I purchased Faber water purifier from Amazon in February 2021 and it was stop working in May month, I have complaint for the same(product is in warranty) and exactly after one month after calling many a times to customer care and service center they sent a service man, he opened the purifier, after spending an hour he did not even understand what is the problem.
Then he said a part need to be replaced and he will after 2 days with...

We have been complaining from February about the pantop and broken glass surface and it's mid June... But there is no response about our complain. We have talked to their senior service executive but he also refuses to listen our complain.
And moreover those glass pieces are now coming in our food....

A complaint has been registered in December 2020 and even after 6 months, there has been no response from the company. No action is being taken and no seriousness is being given to our issue....

Already booked complaint nearly one month back in tollfreenumber one technician visited and informed with in 2-3 days will replace.After that 2 other people also called.I described the details.Afterwards no followup.Pls do necessary action for early rectification....
