I have traveled in falcon travels from Bhuj to Ahmedabad, at 12:30 PM ride, I have many complaints regarding the bus and service
1.) I have paid money for an AC sleeper and my AC is not working
2.) I complained about my AC problem to the conductor(bus operator), who started scolding and screaming at me. and he told me you are not feeling cold because your curtains are not closed and he said "Itna to aa raha hai hawa ", which was completely false.
3.) The conductor is very rude.
4.) Driver was driving very rough, my head touched the ceiling
5.) USB charging was not working
6.) i have paid 899 rupees but in ticket it is mentioned ₹857(₹857 + ₹0 GST) i have attached the proof for that, additionally i have booked the ticket via red bus
