[Resolved]  Falcon Bus — Issues related to bus service and behavior of bus operator

I have traveled in falcon travels from Bhuj to Ahmedabad, at 12:30 PM ride, I have many complaints regarding the bus and service
1.) I have paid money for an AC sleeper and my AC is not working
2.) I complained about my AC problem to the conductor(bus operator), who started scolding and screaming at me. and he told me you are not feeling cold because your curtains are not closed and he said "Itna to aa raha hai hawa ", which was completely false.
3.) The conductor is very rude.
4.) Driver was driving very rough, my head touched the ceiling
5.) USB charging was not working
6.) i have paid 899 rupees but in ticket it is mentioned ₹857(₹857 + ₹0 GST) i have attached the proof for that, additionally i have booked the ticket via red bus

Hello Sir,
Greetings from Falcon Bus lines.
We regret that you did not have a good experience travelling in one our buses off lately.
The a/c was working but due to the heat during summer season the air dispension was not satisfactory to the passenger.
The on board staff tried to reason this with the passenger but in vain.
Nonetheless the passenger was offered Rs.200 as compensation for the inconvenience caused which price matches with a non ac sleeper bus though the passenger travelled in a Mercedes BharatBenz Ac sleeper bus and completed the journey.
We did send the bus immediately to the company to check for any issues, based on just this one complaint and made sure the vent were cleaned on top priority.Passenger still seemed adamant and did not accept the compensation.
We regret to comply with the passenger demands of offering a full refund or twice the amount.

in non AC bus, there is at least a window to open, you don't sweat from top to bottom for 8 hours, and bus staff trolling you

In ac buses there is no way of opening the window because the windows are vacuum shut so that the cooling from the bus does not go out.
The bus staff did not troll you, please do not make false claims.There was no trolling.There was a argument between you and the driver which we agree on happening.
Due to harsh summers, the heat plays hindrance in the performance of the air conditioners, this is very common with all vehicles.As mentioned, we took the bus off road based on your complaint and got the air conditioner checked where it was found working just fine. When the bus is placed in a shed where no afternoon harsh heat is faced the ac was working just fine.Every vehicle heats up during summers-bhuj temperature during the afternoon is 40 degrees with 76% humidity.(which goes to a good 50 degrees to +humidity)
The driver tried reasoning with you and asked you to close the shutter of your sleeper so that the air does not go out but in vain.
As stated on email with us, we have offered to you a compensation of Rs.200 INR which is the fare in par of a Non ac sleeper bus, when you have travelled in a Gold Class Mercedes Bharat Benz a/c sleeper bus for the entire journey.
We regret the inconvenience caused to you in the same.
But with all due respect, no further monetary compensation can be provided from our end in this case.
