[Resolved]  Falcon Bus — To refund difference fare

My self pranay vig from udaipur, i have booked my sleeper seat from udaipur to pune on 13.05.2023 at 1.24 pm vide pnr no.[protected] slepper seat was alloted no.23 total fare paid rs.2995.the departure time of bus was at 16.00 hrs. but the bus was arrived at 17.34 hrs of date.
the bus was completely diffrent complete sitting facility was available in bus, when asked from your staff they have not given proper response only said your transhipment will done in himmatnagar in sleeper coach this was very strangeful for me because we have paid more fare from other traves to falkan due to facility and comfert now it is requested from falkan kindly refund diffrence fare into my original payment mode in my bank account due to inconvenience to me take this seriously of refund request otherwise matter will submitt in consumer court. hoping for good relationship with customer you will refund diffrence as early as, due to we are regular customer of falkan.
