Journey from nathdwara to mumbai started on 15th sep 2019 at 4:00 pm in volvo multiaxel sleeper bus rj 27 pa 9905.
In midway bus was breakdown 120 km far from a'bad at 9pm on the highway. There isn't much support after contacting support team multiple time. After so much arguments with operator they sent seating bus and mechanic at 2:30 am which is almost 5:30 hrs after and the bus was also not in good condition. Operator asked to board the bus and travel through it to mumbai and while denying operator asked to take the refund and manage rest of journey on our own. Which is next to impossible as on highway it isn't easy to manage for all the passengers? So we have boarded seating bus but every passenger was feeling uncomfortable in bus. Again after many arguments after reaching at ahmadabad at 5:30 am operator has send another ac scania sleeper bus at 6:15 am. And we boarded third bus in single journey and delay of almost 7hrs. This is not enough to suffer so bus driver and other staff has started to take non ticketed passenger from ongoing highway and while we oppose him and asked to not stop bus further more as it was already running late the driver has started using abusive language with improper behavior and was so rude & they were not listening.
Finally after passing all these through we have reached to mumbai bandra after 24hrs by boarding 3 different buses, whereas as per the schedule its 13 hrs journey only. So very hectic journey it was made by falcon. Moreover after raising complaint and asked for the compensation for such bad service falcon management is also not ready to listen or provide any compensation.
Worst experience ever, after paying high amount of ticket we don't expect such bad service.
I suggest, please don't travel on this bus. They charged high but the service given was not up to the mark. Worst!!!... Was this information helpful? |
