[Resolved] Fastway — Hopeless Customer Care Service | Hopeless Transmission Service | |||
I am experiencing acute problem from fastway transmission service in Chandigarh Zone. * First of all Fastway customer care is the worst customer care I have ever experienced. They don't bothered to pick up the phone even after trying for 3 hours continuously and that is not from one phone but from number of phone including landlines and mobile networks from different service providers. I have tried from Airtel, Idea, Tata docomo, BSNL landline, simultaneously for last more than one week number of times and they least bothered to pick up the phone. I can submit call details and recorded phone conversation where is is being transmitted on all of my 12 phones that customer care executives are busy on other phone calls and call will be taken after one minute and 40 seconds. I have hold all 12 phones for 3 hours and none of there customer care have bothered to answer the call. I have experienced the same simultaneously for last one week. I have tried for more than 170 times and returned with no answer. This is the way Fastway is treating its customers due to which they are in the market and earning a lot from the customers. It is their utmost liability and duty to answer the call and sort out my complaint. But they have least bothered as they are getting money and areas due to their political backup. Fastway is the worst cable transmission service ever. They should be blacklisted and should be banned to serve anywhere in the whole world except Antartica. It is good, if they are licensed to transmit their signal in Antartica where no one is to watch so they can do as per their own wish. I have made complain for last 10 days and no one has bothered to answer my complaint. This is not the first time. I have waited patiently for last 10 times and on 11 time I am taking this issue to general public so that everyone could get what they are serving us for which they are getting a fixed money every month. It seems that pension has been fixed for them from general public with the consent of the concerned government. There is no one to hear any public grievances, not from Fastway or from the government authorities. If I am paying for the services I need, they are bound to give me service. Fastway Transmission, Chandigarh is the worst transmission in the whole world. They should be kicked out of this globe. Was this information helpful? | |||
