I ordered one ceiling light with 6 bulb on 30th October '23 before Diwali through Flipkart & on 4th November'23 delivery done of ceiling light with 3 bulb, when I saw the same raised the complain on 5th November'24 for replace it but Flipkart customer care executive denied to replace it, said that they can return only.

Till today, after raising complain 4 times ceiling light still...

First time when I ordered it was totally broken so I ordered 2nd time and this time it was also totally broken (381+361=742rs)

I have ordered 1 product from Flipkart but due to defective product i have raised a return request but then request is cancelled by Flipkart again i raised a return request via call and request cancelled again now i have already raised the return request 6th time but no product pickup and no refund given....
