I ordered a samsung mobile and payed 1500 but did not receive a mobile, can any one help in regards this problem. how to get my money back....

Mera name satish hai maine fonemart in par Samsung j7 ki request di uske baad [protected] se mere pass call aai, usne bola ek confirm ke naam par ecomex se ek packet aayga aur 1500 rs pay karne hai maine pay kar diy aur 10day baad aapka phone aayga par nhi aaya [protected] care no par call kiya koi nhi uthata hai meri application id 0902FMT7287 hai, aur mai ye akela nhi aise 4 bhai aur hai (don't try fonemart)...

Hello, I booked a samsung phone from fonemart.in They had send me the verification parcel with one Stanley Sydney watch after 4-5 days & I have paid 1500 as a processing fees. They informed me that they will deliver my product after 2-3 working days. But a week has passed away now but I have not yet received my product and they are not even receiving the calls. With me one of my friend also booked the same product & the same is happening...

I didnt got mobile when i am calling to them they are saying we will call u with in 30 mnts but there is no information given by them...

Hello, My Self Jitendra Shukla and I m order the Mobile dated 2nd Feb-2-16 and he and advance EMI Rs. 1500 handover dated 10th Feb-16 but still we are not received my Mobile...We many time call his call center but he didn't positive response and say your parcel received shortly...I m harassment from Fonemart Company...I know in importance for my amount 1500...

please support to you so that we received my mobile......

Hello sir this Nitesh frm Mumbai I fill the all forms even the who call he sayed we ll send you the one parcel for your addres verification and you have to pay the first emi to the deliver boy .even I got the parcel also but that product also in not good condition .even I tried a alot of time to spoke with coustomer care but they all ways busy its showing like that only .and this is my application id no 0211fmt9391...

Hello sir this side dipesh jaiswal from delhi actually the issue is that i got one of the call from the lady that we offering finance for mobile phones so the website is www.12emi.in and after fill up the form they called me that validation is completed and you 'll get your product in 2-3 days but firstly you 've to pay the first emi along with processing fees of rs 1000 but right now i am not getting the product and they are not picking...
