First i paid 1500 as processing fees, then after a month they told me to pay 583 as the first emi to smart infotech account no.[protected] branch - yamuna vihar delhi. After i paid they told that ur order will be delivered in 3 days. But it is more than 10 days and till now i have not received my phone. I called...

Hai this is venkataraju and i booked the mobile of samsung j7 on 23 mar 2016 and the parcel has come on (Complimentry) 30 th mar 2016 in that time i will pay of rs-1500/- and as per instruction from your executive i ll pay the 1 st emi on 3 rd may 2016 of rs-1208/ but when iam calling your customer care nobody cannot responding proper way so iam going to take serious action againt your executives and fone mart

Dear sir i had booked a phone on 14th feb. 2016 they send me a parcel on 19 feb. 2016 they took 1500 money from me, they cancelled my order on 27feb 2016.
