FreeCharge — Error on recharge

I recharged my Airtel dish TV account for Rs 500 There was an error, amount was deducted from my bank account, Neither did the recharge happen nor the amount was in my free charge credits . Their customer care number isn't working out either . kindly help me resolve this issue. Dish TV id - [protected]
