I have made a recharge of rs.250 on a airtel mobile no and balance has been deducted from my account but recharge is not done. and i am complaining about since yesterday but i have not got any responses from the site which is showing how much they care for their customers. earlier also i made a recharge of rs.28 which was sown their as tariff but that was not activated.and they give no information neither update their websites if there is any change in any kind of recharging plans Was this information helpful? | |||

i have confirmed from the airtel customer service they say they can not tell anything about 3rd party issue..n they can not see any recharge done on the no.. whereas these freecharge people neither refund my money nor does the recharge
