Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Freecharge took my money and i want it back | |||||
I did a recharge of Rs. 500/- on 8th Dec, 2016 using my ICICI bank. The money got deducted, however it was not reflected in my free charge wallet. I got a message from freecharge stating that the money will be refunded back by the bank. I didn't got the refund then I raise a query to bank stating the whole scenario. In response bank said that a transaction has been completed and the freecharge has also confirmed the bank that the transaction is complete. I raised a query to free charge also but no response has come from them. Want my refund back.
