Hello, Transaction ID - 62selOUJizjOWh_WFRW[protected]_1 I would like to inform you that I have done the payment to the tatasky merchant on 09th-sep-2021 for 200Rs but it didn't receive to tatasky merchant account. Also, I haven't received the refund of this amount yet in the source account. I have raised the complaint multiple times to freecharge merchant as well as tatasky but haven't received any solution or proof of successful transaction or recharge in my account nor refund of this transaction. Also, I have verified with ICICI Bank that payment was successfully credited to freecharge merchant. Please find the below attached proof of transaction for your reference. Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 200 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary Freecharge account XXXXXXXXX1465 on 09/09/2021 20:25:37 with RRN[protected].
