Dear godrej interio management i would like to express my deep frustration at the kind of service we are receiving from godrej interio. This is the worst experience i have ever come across and much below my expectation from a company like godrej on whom i and my sister had placed deep faith. attached are copies of invoice for purchase made on 23 june 2017. Ever since i have been running from pillar to post to get the full order delivered. The part order delivered is also faulty and has dents, and is not as per the specification which were taken by your personnel from the jail road, delhi office. Your staff confirms this but has not taken any action till date. moreover all the lockers which were a part of the delivery have not arrived till date. it is matter of shame that your office is unable to confirm when the complete order will be delivered or the faulty parts will be replaced. This is after 45 days of placing the order. To top it up team godrej is not sure when the replacement and delivery will be done. We ladies have been continuously trying to follow up with godrej interio and have been given various excuses for this lapse of service. Even till date no assurance has been received. The staff at your showroom where the goods have been purchased have no solution in sight and have expressed that they have already raised this complaint in writing and verbally to the senior team but have not got any response. with our reliance on a company like godrej, we now have our belongings lying scattered all over the place and after continuous running around for something we have paid in advance we have no service surety from you. How long would you expect customers to keep waiting for someone to act responsibly at your end? How long would you continue to harass your customers. the company even does not know how to process the refund as we would not like to wait any further for someone to take action at godrej. we are now planning to use social media to share our experience and make other customers aware of the kind of service and quality offered by godrej interio. a harassed customer waiting for the 45 days to get what has been paid for in advance. geetika puri [protected].
