[Resolved]  Godrej Locking Solutions — Lock got stuck

I purchased Godrej Cylindrical lock before a month and I am using it for only 6 days after that my bathroom lock was Completely stucked not able to open if we call customer care they will charge you Rs.350 for emergency repair. There was some problem in the product why we need to pay for it.
