[Resolved]  Godrej Locking Solutions — Sub-Standard Quality of a Godrej Lock Key-Rod, purchased at Thanjavur-613001

Dear Sir, Good morning. I am, Manickavasagam, Deputy Superintendent of police (Retd), living in Thanjavur. About two months back, I purchased godrej locks from the local dealer, "LUCKY HARD WARES" in East rampart street, Thanjavur for my new house.The lock was fixed on the door, and subjected for trial operation. But, after the key-rod was inserted for trial purpose, the key-rod could not be taken out. Ultimately, when it was taken out, the godrej key-rod was found bent and in twisted position. As result a result of this, that bent-key became totally a useless one. Other two remaining keys were thereafter utilized for usage. Anyhow, I was wondering as to how a product, that was manufactured by a well reputed and most popular Godrej company, could be a fragile and easily breakable one, like a local-made products.
