Godrej Locking Solutions — Repeated lock breakdown - Technician competency or will issue

I have bought a Godrej Ultra Vertibolt lock a year back.. and since purchase, I have had to call for technical assistance from Godrej 3-4 times. The experience has been frustrating.. the technicians have attitude full of indecency, incompetence and wrong practices. They ask for extra money which then needs to be pushed back basis warranty.. and what so ever repairs they do, it lasts for 3-4 months. What does warranty mean? The technician comes and repairs the lock every 3 months; charges some amount and the lock breaks down again.. when will Godrej think of either replacing the lock or the technician? Do they not think something is wrong? And no action is something Godrej can choose on this complaint.. but this era o[censored]nwanted resilience by an Indian customer is getting over.. so act now. My complaint number is F[protected].. see if you can give me a permanent solution.
