[Resolved]  Goibibo — Refund not received

Dear Sir / Mam,

I booked a United Air Ticket via goibibo. I had booked one way ticket New Delhi-Newark-Calgary the departure date was 30th May, 2012 the cost of the ticket was Rs. 58500 and the same was cancelled on 26 may 2012. Your customer care told me on phone that my ticket is cancelled and I will get refund in 15-20 days. I also got a mail for the same confiming me about the cancellation of the ticket and for which I will get refund after 15 days, I called them again to know the refund status. They told that it will take 10 more days. After 1 more week, through phone, I asked my refund status. They told that it will take 7 more days. Now, on 27 June, I called them up to know the final status of my refund. Upon talking to your manager, Ms. Harpreet Kaur she said to please wait till Friday (29.06.12) for getting the refund. On Monday 2nd July i called them again to know the refund status the customer care representative said its still under process and you would get refund in 3-4 working days. Now its more than 38 days and there is no refund still yet in my account. It has been a mental torture for me to call every now & then to customer care and ask about my refund the answer i get is “its in process i would get refund in 3 - 4 working days”. I have to pay my credit card bill through my refund money but I am unable to pay my credit card payment for which the bankers of the credit card are leving interest charges against my credit card which is more than Rs. 3000 pm. I have already suffered a lot mental agony and stress as well as financially. I want you to mail me the conversation between yourself and United Airlines about the refund status aginst my canacllation of ticket and also to know the final status of my refund. If further i do not get my refund amount the cancallation of the ticket i will be bound to take necessary legal action against your company for the suffering cost to me in getting my refund.

An prompt action in this matter is requested from your end.

This is regarding goibibo.com I wanted to inform you that i had booked airlines ticket form goibibo.com on 16/12/2009 the tickets were not confirmed for the airlines and the same was cancelled by them after deducting the fare amount form my bank account through internet banking , I was inform that i will get the refund amount with in 15 working days but now allready 20 days and i have not received the refund yet. I have given complaint to customer care centre five to six times throw phone but i am not receving any co-operating respond from them, please help me regarding the same

i had booked 2 tickets through goibibo and then cancelled them. its been over a month now and they havent refunded my amount back. i have been calling the customer care since the past 3 weeks but they are not at all ready to help. they only thing they say is that the refund procedure is under process. as mentioned on the company website the refund process takes a maximum of 10 days but in my case its been over a month now. i dont think the company has any plans of refunding my amount back,
goibibo is a big cheat. i had booked 2 tickets thru goibibo n then cancelled them. its been over a month now n i hv not received my amount back. i hv been calling the customer care since the past 3 weeks. but the customer care is useless. the only thing they do is keep ur call on hold n then they never get back. i dnt think they hv ne plans of refunding my money back. ppl please stay away from goibibo. its a fraud agency...

fraudddd, giv me my money
I had booked for my friend Airticket by Goibibo on 21st March, but not received any confirmation whether the ticket was booked, but the amount was deducted from my SBI Account. It occures two times, First times the amount of Rs, 3156/- was deducted and after that on next times it deducted an amount of Rs. 3256/-. I had contacted on 24th about the problem to the customer Care No., the preson attended my phone has make me confirmed that the amount was actually deducted but not produced the ticket, he has assured me that the amount will be transferred back to my A/C. He also gave me the Complain No. as[protected]. But till date the amount is not received in my account. I request you to make my payment as soon as possible. Otherwise I will register a complain in Consumer Court, then you have to refund the said amounts (Total of Rs. 3156/- + 3256/-) i.e. 4612/- with the fine as levied by the Consumer Court.

Goibibo.com / Air Ticket — Refund

As I have try to book ticket, but ticket dint got generated but money has been debited from my Credit Card.
Pl. Find the attached copy of my Credit card Statement. In which i have charged for the non received tckt.
complaint no. of goibibo.com is 1003274. and from 45-50days i am following for the same. and ievery time i am callinf from my mobile for which i am charged as per std cal charges

did u received the money back... i am also facing the same issue with goibibo.com

GOIBIBO.COM — Refund not received

There was transaction failure for a booking made by me for the flight from patna to bangalore ,the booking was made on 16th august.
The amount debited from my account was 25766,but as a refund i have received only Rs 18752 .
Can you update me on the same about the rest Rs7014 .

i have sent mail several time ,even talked to the customer care but it didnt help.

This is regarding goibibo.com I wanted to inform you that i had booked airlines ticket form goibibo.com on 22/01/2011. Departure date and time 27/01/2011 at 7:20 PM but due to some reason my trevalling plan got changed that's why I cancelled the ticket on 26/01/2011 and It's already 20 days have passed but I have not got any refund to my account yet. I wrote many emails to goibibo's email id then they sent me case no: goibibohelp-12924 on 9th Jan 2011 but after that I did not receive any response and Tried calling them on the nos. given on the site but still conclusion came out.
I am not receving any co-operating respond from them, please help me regarding the same

Complaint Against Goibibo Website — Refund not come

I book one ticket through your goibibo travel agencies website on[protected], from Guwahati to New Delhi. On that time in your site shown rent Rs 2430. I booked my ticket on Spicejet flight No SG894. But after two hour you call to me due to some problem in my website the amount increased. I told please cancel the flight. Same date i cancell the amount.
But till now the amont not come in my account. What is this you people cheat me. Why the amount not come in my account. Several time i call by phone but not solve out my problem. I already spend more then Rs 400 in my mobile for complain against this problem.

ticket amount is around 3900,How come you are deducting that much

Goibibo — not refunding the amount as per mentioned on their site

I had booked a bus ticket through goibibo. I wanted to cancel it, which I had done before one day. But they didn't cancel it at that particular due to which I am not receiving any refund. The customer service is pathetic and it sucks.please don't book through.

Dear Sir,
I was booking indigo flight ticket of Rs. 9028.00 Dated 03/04/2021 from the Make my trip app for which i choose Net banking Option of my bank (Union Bank of India A/c no [protected]) and the amount deducted by IBIBO Web pvt. ltd. from my bank account. However my ticket booking had not been succesfull.
I complaint regarding this problem to my banker but they told me that the amount has been deducted from your side and not further initiated.
I requested you to please refund my amount urgently Rs.9028.
