I have ordered a book in snapdeal and it was delivered through gojavas. They told that by 22 feb 2016 ll deliver. But they didnt deliver and saying that the address is incomplete and i am not available to get the product at the particular address.I was there only waiting to get the product. If they dont know the route they should have called me and enquired about it. when i call chennai office's contact number no one is responding to it....

I have to receive 2 couriour from gojavas, but without contacting me my both couriours was returned by the courior company with reason address not complete. My detail address and mob num also mentioned, but there is no confirmation or any call from courier and they return my couriour. I request you, kindly go through this and please take any action, bcoz its not the 1st time, same problem faced by me many times.

My complaint number is 681529 whoever your delivery boy was has lied and said my door was shut on the 15th and 16th when I was clearly at home waiting. This is very bad as I'm leaving town on the 21st and have work. I was waiting at home for two days only to be disappointed and now it says I've rejected it which I did not. This is disgusting and I would want a strict action against this kind of failure...

I don't understand why does gojavas take photo graph of the person receiving the product at the time of delivery, this is unacceptable....

GoJavas courier is stealing personal identification information. To take a courier from GoJavas, they take and note down your personal information. I have shown them my identification but that is not enough for them, they want to note down and take personal information with them. I don't understand what is the point in noting down personal information. They are definitely misusing this information that's the reason they are insisting on...

I have courier to be received from Gojavas. i received a message from Gojavas on 5th Jan 2016 saying it will be delivered ion 2-4 working days and till now i don't have that courier. When contacted customer care i recieved a mail saying we will sort it as soon as possible and today also they reply it will be taken care shortly. They don't have a exact date when that will be delivered to me....
