Hafele India Pvt Ltd — defective appliances - service not provided properly

We have purchased all 4 appliances from hafele nagold series from dealer kvs granites. Attached is the bill.
Sequence of problems we faced:
1) first only microwave and oven were installed. On installation, the door of the oven was found to be defective, glass not aligned properly. So, i have asked them to rectify. So, the service people have just done demo on oven, microwave was not done.
2) on opening the chimney box, all the wires were like literally bitten by rats. The box was opened by the installation people, and entire box was so messy. So, they have put that on hold, (Which took so many days for replacement by the dealer)
3) the stove was also put on hold, according to them during installation of chimney, it might become messy. So i had great difficulty to use my counter with the hold done for the stove. Rather the service engineers just tried to postphone the installation dont know for what.
4) after repeated calls for the microwave they told that they will replace the door. I thought ok, after many days, they have come for replacement and done that, litelrally opening the entire microwave, still that door didnt look ok, so i have mentioned to them, i cannot accept the oven. I need a replacement. For which, some service incharge told me we are already replacing the chimney, now you want microwave too. It was put up as if i wantedly am demanding. I was given the defective pieces, for which replacements are supposed to be given. Why would i use defective pieces after spending so much. Till today i regret buying hafele products, for such bad quality and bad service.
5) the chimney which was replaced was for installation, where in the guy has come and broke my kitchen tile during installation and conveniently postphoned the installation telling me to redo the tile work again.
5) the problem doesnt end there, after the replacement of the microwave is done (Which was done almost a month later by the dealer) this door also some unusual problem, where the door hits the edge of the door frame whenever we open the microwave. Attached is the video. It is increasing day by day. I have already raised a complaint 17/08/20 for this so many times till now along with the installation of the chimney (Replaced). Finally chimney installtion guy who has come for service has done only installtion, but didnt service the microwave saying he will get more support and never turned up. Again i called customer support asking for the same and they said would be done. Next day another service person called asking to send pictures of what the problem is. Till today nothing is done.
I so much regret buying hefele products of their bad products and bad service. I have being under so much stress having to make calls to customer care so many times. I need immediate resolution, and explanation for the pain caused to me in this way.
