Hafele India Pvt Ltd — Kitchen faucet starts looking shabby

I have purchased hafele faucet and it started looking shabby as it's colour starts coming out though it has five years warranty. Please change the faucet. As it will be shame on hafele if one purchase 40, 000/- faucet and its paint starts fading and coming out in layers. Or kindly refund my money
