Hafele India Pvt Ltd — Worst after sales service

Dear sir / madam,

I have bought la germania gas stove worth 80000. The grill has broken on its own of the middle burner. Complaint to hafele person comes and advised it has happened in just 8 months of purchase and that it is covered under warranty. Wear and tear of product. He confirmed it is not covered so you will have to order and it will be delivered in 1 - 2 days cost is 7000. Spoke to mr vinayak the so called maharashtra head ( i dont understand how he reached there ) for 9 months after 100 false committmenrs finally he said sir what can i do if company is not giving me. He is said to be maharashtra head. Head without responsiblits misguiding customer giving false promises. Eventually part has arrived after 9 months. After installing part mr anil delivery person asking for money. Informed him that it has been discussed with shopkeeper that he will make payment due to his daily dealings with hafele. Mr anil informs me on phone that he has no clue about this ( again the so called maharashtra head did not update him ). I told him only my mother and sister is at home you please wait downstairs and talk to your senior till things are sorted. He replies i am from well to do family i will wait here at home. Again requested him to wait downstairs. He said no i will not leave untill getting paid. So advised him if you don't leave will call watchman. So mr anil said if you don't have money why do you order for material saying this took material back and left. After calling vinayak on the incidence he said sir mr anil found your tone wrong of advising him to wait downstairs.

I have to pay for a part which is covered in warranty and delivery person has problems with tone of customer.

I hope hafele brandname is working and the service team no has concern for the brand value.

How such people have come up to this position is a big scam.

Eventually i will throw this gas stove of 80000 in garbage only because of the worst customer service ever faced.
