I have recharged my hathway account on 8th. August but till now there is no internet service, I have called customer care they responding like we can't resolve it now account number is [protected]...

I have paid in Hathway website for new broadband connection, after payment next day technicians appear and says there is no wifi possible here, you will get the refund and went off, from that day i have been calling to the people with whom assistance i have applied, they are not at all answering to my calls and messages, please refund my money, otherwise the only way i can see is complaining about the fraud gping on....

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is with pain we are having to register a complaint. We have been continuously calling to register a complaint for the low speed wifi we are getting and we are paying for much higher speed.

No one from their call centres are picking their phone up or giving us proper answers to repair and fix the complaint.

I'm getting this message saying this card is not authorised from some days now I can't watch anything on my TV and customer service is not helping me...

I am not going to renew Hathway broadband because of your poor service. I have already returned modem. From past two months, I am getting calls from your tele-callers, I have told so many members

I have complained so many times that my WiFi is not working since last week but every time when I complained, I have received only one answer that “we raised your complaint and our technical team will reach u within 24hr”.
But now it almost 7days passed and I didn’t received any cll till now nor my WiFi connection complaint resolved.
But yes I have received a cll so many times for renewable of payment.
And I knw...

I had no idea about lazypay and after continuous calls from Hathway wrt to renewal of my connection I said ok for renewing their connection. Getting daily 6-7 calls by Hathway Broadband Associates for renewal.

This is tantamount to "Harassment"......

Still I have not received my refund money after I surrended my hathway modem and adaptor. within 48hrs, engineer said, you will get a call from our team . 6 months gone, still I didnt get any call from Hathway. if I try to call them I could not reach them .

My humble request to you all, dont go for Hathway BroadBand....

I stopped my broadband service with Hathway and as per rules I paid challan and submitted the devices to the Hathway people and received a receipt too. Still I am getting calls and final notice messages stating to pay 2500 if you don't submit the devices. What kind of ### is this?...

Internet is not working till now, the sales person told installing with dual band router, but installed router is not dualband router, the sales person is not responding after payment.
