We have consumer no [protected] at Bangalore and we are shifting to Mumbai. The pack validity of broadband in up to November 2021. We request to either continue the service till November on same consumer no or initiate refund for the unused period. We are having a loss about 6000 rs if either of the above not done.....

I have called Hathway multiple times to terminate my account, due to relocation. There hasn't been any effective service or process to follow....

I have stopped the hathway broadband service a month ago due to their poor performance.
I properly contacted the customer care and they have even recived back my modem on the next day itself.
But still am getting call that I need to recharge thr account is going to expire and offer related stuff.
If I say am going file a complaint legally the executive behaves rude and says "go ahead and five complaint on hathway" is...

I pay 8000/- for new connection but GTPL team is not come more than 14 days.

I followup with GTPL team and divyesh patel team leader.
daily i called him more them 4-5 times but daily says today is come for connection.

I got more than 20 call for payments for my broadband i already mentioned that i want to close my connection and dont want to continue still i got 6 call in 10 hr for payments....

For the last few months, we are continuously facing downtime in our broadband connection. The broadband stops working at least 1-2 times daily. There is not a single day when the connection worked smoothly. I am continuously raising this issue with customer care but no progress on the issue. I registered for Hathway Broadband for Bangalore location on 3rd July. But didn't get installation till 5th july.
I paid amount 1770 rs. for 2 months plan.
So, I asked to cancel my subscription.
But I didn't receive any cancellation confirmation. Person is not replying to message even.

Customer care said call from another number to know about your cancellation. They don't have facility to even transfer...

Internet stopped in 24 June 2021
Launched complain on 26 June 2021 - status updated to resolved without resolving issue and no internet connection.
2 nd complain registered on 26 June 2021 and that is still open, customer care says system updating since the first day, twice promised to set high priority and give resolution in 24 hours but nothing.

Internet not working even as of now. I emailed them to close...

Hi Sir, We took Hathway internet connection a year back.

We observed from last 3 months, Every week they are disconnecting network saying it is under maintenance.

They are disconnecting without prior intimation. they disconnect all most all 5 to 6 hours during day time. Making uncomfortable to work from Home.

This is to inform that we took Hathway broad band+hybrid box connection last week. The sales person said that you can acces all the apps such as Amazon prime, Jio tv, sun next in this after the installation we are not able to access any of these apps in the tv. It is been so many time we are following up with the sales person the area manager and even the customer care center we are not getting any response from any of the people....

And fully paid for it but till now wifi is not enabled. I am not able to reach any of your concerned person as they are not answering my calls.

So kindly look in this matter and resolve issue at earliest or refund my amount....

Internet connection fluctuating since more than 15 days and more than 5 times in a day for atleast 15-20 min. Already escalated multiple times but nobody has responded and resolution met as well....

Due to covid, I am at my hometown since last 4 months.So I asked hathway customer care to discontinue my connection.but still I am getting multiple calls a day to renew my connection. I asked the executives to stop the calls but still No use

Please do the needful as I am getting mentally tortured by these calls....

I paid my bill but my account went deactivate and customer care not even attending my calls, one guy is cutting my call...
