I had Havells Crabtree switches. Almost all of changed by company once or twice. But still these switches are very-very poor quality. Legs in side the switches are braking time by time. Even Fan regulators are braking into 2 pieces. When company man came to change these he said that we are misusing the switches. MISSUSING..., such a ridicules excuse to protect poor quality product. Havell's instant geyser Neo 3 litre bought on 8th January 2013. More than 6 complaints logged in the first year. Last complaint logged on 10th December 2014.
