I submitted my field's boy bike to ARC motors pvt lts okhla Mr. Alok near by 9/8/22 and estimated tume to give on job card slip was 20/8/22. Still my bike is not ready due to Silencer. It's been a month. Its Very shamefull that Hero' dealer provide this type of service to there customer.

I purchased my hero super splendour byke on 06.05.2021. from balaji motors, budge budge. Two months ago the battery had damaged .I applied to exchange the battery on 20.08.2022 but till now I didn't get the new battery of my byke....

Bought a new bike six months ago and facing lots of problem in bike. Visited the showroom many times but they always misbehave and threaten us that they will not change the self starter until we go to delaer from where we bought the bike, imagine hero is not providing us with satisfy service.
