ये पोस्ट उन लोगो के लिए हे जो लोन लेना चाहते हे २ व्हीलर या ४ व्हीलर का कृपया हिंदुजा लोयड फाइनांस से न ले... ये लोग जीरो सर्विस देने वाले लोग हे.. और पैसा कायदे से ज्यादा उगलवा लेते हे... जब मेरा ऐसा अनुभव हुवा तो मेने नेट पे सर्च किया तो मेरे जेसे कई लोग पुरे देश में हे जो इस कंपनी के फ्रोड और ख़राब सर्विस से परेसान हे. इसलिए ये पोस्ट मेने लिखा की कोई और मेरी तरह मुर्ख न बने. यहाँ में कुछ केस रख रहा हु और और बाकि के लिए https://www.facebook.com/Hinduja-Leyland-Finance-Limited-[protected]/timeline/ कंपनी के पेज पे देखिये कितने लोगोने कम्प्लेन की हे पर १ का भी जवाब नहीं दिया इस ठग मंडली ने १) केस १ जो मेरा ही हे मेने तारीख २४-०४-२०१५ को २ व्हीलर लोन लिया था मेरा पहेला इसीएस २०-७-२०१५ को कटा और अबतक कोई और डेबिट नहीं हे. इसके बारे में पूछने पर कोई जवाब देने वाला भी नहीं हे... ९८९८८६९५८९ ये प्रताप का नंबर हे जो बोलता हे वो अब गांधीनगर में नहीं हे... ८५१११२३६३६ ये गोविन्द का नंबर हे जो ज्यादातर बंध रहेता हे ... कंपनी की वेबसाईट पे कोई कम्प्लेन करने के लिए इ-मेइल नह्ही हे और ०४४-३९२५२५२५ नंबर दिया गया हे वो कोई उठा नहीं रहा हे. अब दर ये हे की वो इसीएस डालते नहीं और मुझे ड्यू पेमेंट के मेसेज आते रहते हे और जवाब देने वाला कोई नहीं हे. तो सभी से विनती हे की Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd. से किसीभी प्रकार के लोन न ले... ये ठग मंडली इसीएस डालेगी नहीं और ब्याज के चक्कर में फसएगी और वाहन की ऍन.ओ.सी. नहीं देंगे और ब्याज के आलावा ४०००-५००० निकलवा लेंगे... और नाटक ०४४-३९२५२५२५ का फोन लगा उन्होंने अजय पटेल का नंबर दिया जिसने बोला की उसने ५ महीने पहले जॉब छोड़ दी हे. अब करलो बात... २) दूसरा केस गाज़ियाबाद (लिंक : http://www.consumerforums.in/hinduja-leyland-finance-froad) a. sir maine apneDOCUMENTS apni car finance karane ke liye diye meri car finance ho nahi paayi bank ne mere document ko kisi or ki witness me use kiya jiska naam tilak bhati s/o ramkishan bhati h.no.4c/1049 vasundhara sector 4 jiska car no.up 14 b j 3105 jiska notice mere paas aata h na mai is person ko jaanta hoon or maine branch jaakar hinduja leyland finance ltd ki branch jaakr jo ki rdc gzb mai h uske manager sandeep sharma se request ki to unhone bola ke hamare paas documents aaye h or aap car dealer se baat kro plz meri help ki jaaye from, Ravinder kumar [protected] ३) तीसरा केस [protected]@yahoo.com (लिंक https://www.consumercomplaints.in/loans/hinduja-leyland-finance-c841870) I got two wheeler loan from Hinduja Fin, and agreed to pay loan as 10 EMI. I have provided 10 cheques for 10 months, First two month, it went fine. Third month, they didnt draw money from cheque. They just come back to me and informed as there is a cheque bounce due to insufficient money, but it was totally false. I always maintained money in my account for this EMI. and i was forced to pay extra Re.35/- for this. And, In 4th, 5th, 6th month, they didnt use my cheque to take any money from my account. I have contacted the Hinduja finance person who is available in the Two wheeler show room, they just note down my mobile number. But i maintained the enouth last 3 EMI in my account. I got a call at 6th month as i didnt pay for last three month EMI, i have told the same, as Last three month EMI was not taken and i told that i have informed this to Hinduja fin person who is available in Two wheeler show room, but they didn't convince asked me to pay with interest of Re. 882/- extra. Plus, they told the cheque was not cleared as it is not comply with CTS cheque. They would have informed me at the 3rd month itself. but they informed this reason in 6th month. then have paid the last 3 EMI in Cash, but i do not likely to pay the extra amount of 882, because it wasn't my fault. If they informed me at early, i would have paid the amount through direct cash. Then i have asked them to collect the money through cash, and told to return all cheques. As i told, they collected the 7th month EMI by cash, and i stopped the 7th month EMI cheque through online. In 8th month also, they collected the EMI though cash, at the same time, they cleared my 8th month cheque. I reported the same and they have refund the EMI by cash. Last month, I got a letter to pay 7th month EMI as the cheque was bounced. I went to Hinduja finance office and provided the 7th month reciepts as i paid through cash. they agreed with that. But they called me and asked to pay Re1548 /- as it was the accumulated interest of 4, 5, 6 month payment. they are not convincing whetever i say. I m facing a bad experience with Hinduja Finance, mainly because they are not communicating the actual scenario properly, Instead, they are trying to accumulate interest. I never refer any one to go loan to Hinduja Leyland Finance. ४) चोथा केस puneet goyal (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/loans/hinduja-leyland-finance-c841870) ५) Extra EMI - two- wheeler ६) Dear Sir, my loan account is LTJAI[protected] . i have taken a two whelear loan from icici bank under the step down scheme. As per this scheme my first twelve installment should be 1929 and rest twelve installment should 1239 rs per month that's i need to pay & i have submitted post dated cheques of rupees the sum of - 1. [ 1929*12 ] + [ 1239*12 ] = Rs.38216 2. Down payment = Rs.20, 000 3. Bike on road Cost = Rs.51, 003 As per the Bank's statement i will prove that ICICI Bank have done a fraud with me because they had already taken 17 installments of Rs.1929 but it should be only twelve in number. now i stop to pay my rest of installment.. All what was happened with me is not according to the commitment as it is well known " Bank has no right to deduct money more than the amount for which i have release post-dated cheques." Now ICICI Bank send lot of notification for pending installments without settlement at my previous address that i have already left one year before and right now i am in delhi . I have tried many times to contact customer care but nobody help me out .ICICI send Recovery peoples to my previous address and they create lot's of trouble for my family. ५) पाचवा केस krishna masthan (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/loans/hinduja-leyland-finance-c841870) Sir, My name is A.Bhaskar Rao, i have purchased Hero Glamour from Hinduja layland finance Guntur branch (Andhra Pradesh) with vehicle no AP07 BP 9986 under monthly installment and i have cleared all the amount through cash and cheque's and it had been 1year but i haven't received my NOC till now.In the earlier i informed them that not togenerate cheque's in bank because i personally went and paid the amounts but still they generated it bank.I have complained the related authorities regarding this but they didn't respond to it .so you people please enquire about this issue and give me my bank cheque's and NOC certification. ६) छठा केस Dilip Chaurasiya (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/loans/hinduja-leyland-finance-c841870) Ya right no cordination between employess and they not listning there customere bogas service. ७) सातवा केस Kalpesh Nighate (फेसबुक) Dear Sir, Your Pune team inconvenience with us, they pass the fake entry for cheque received in systems without any intimation and cheque bounce charges collect from us however its happening after paid the all dues. Can you pls provide me the email id or Contact no for raise complaint. Please I request you release my NOC.
