On 2nd october i placed an order with hs18 and then their delivery partner claimed by sending me messages on 11 th october, 12th october and then on 17th october. My sis was at home 24/7 for all three days when the delivery partners claimed they attempted to deliver. Which happens to be a bug lie. When called customer they said they don't have product in stock...

I bought looks 21 hair colour from home shop 18. When i applied that colour in my hair my grey hair didn't change. It is completely useless product and when i complained about it customer care senior executive said that we can not go very refund of it.. I have ordered 2 sarees vide order no-[protected]dt:15/9/18, in this in your web shown different sarees and delivered to me different sarees. I have registered complaint no: hs[protected] but no action taken. This is the 4th time i have faced same problem. Why happening like this every time? Please refund my amount.

I have ordered pack of 6 vibrant kurtas from homeshop18 with order id:-[protected] on 12 sep 2018, size:- large which was delivered to me on 17th sep 2018, when i unpacked the package, i was amazed to see 4xl size dresses, with different design's and colour.
